  • 8 Chicken thighs, bone in, skin on.
  • 3 Tbsps of butter
  • 3 Tbsps olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 heaping Tbsps of good quality sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp of Worcester sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
