  • 1/2 C peanut or canola oil
  • 1/2 C warm water

  • 1 1/4 cups water, chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 – 3 serrano chiles or jalapenos (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
