  • 4 T FOC (fat of choice)
  • 3 c chicken stock
  • 1 T potato starch**
  • s&p
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c almond flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • ⅓ c butter (we used butter, but think non-hydrogenated palm shortening or coconut oil would work well too)
