Linguine With Asparagus, Peas, And Arugula In A Lemon Cream Sauce from Feed Me Phoebe
  • ½ pound linguine (or other long pasta shape)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into ½ in pieces
  • Sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 handfuls of baby arugula (about 1-2 ounces)
