  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red pepper powder (This is a red pepper which is not very hot but gives a beautiful color. But you can also use cayenne pepper if you can't find it)
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (any fat % is fine)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red food color (optional)
  • Salt
  • 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste (I prefer fresh but you can use store bought too)
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp powdered black pepper
  • 1 tsp powdered fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter or ghee (You can also use olive oil)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup green peas (I used frozen sweet peas)
  • 1 1/4 cup basmati rice

  • Corn flour to bind everything together to be turned into smaller balls later
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 big bay leaf
  • 2 black cardamom
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3-4 count peppercorn
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Or instead of the 6 ingredients above, you can use a tablespoon of garam masala.
  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 green chili
  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 2 6-ounce cans tuna
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs (or crumbled crackers or mashed potatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon water (or liquid from the cans of tuna)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (measure after it’s chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh green onions, shallots or chives
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (I used ½ tsp. salt and a few grinds of pepper)
  • A couple dashes of hot sauce or tabasco
  • 1 large egg (I imagine you can substitute 1 Tablespoon ground flax meal mixed with 3 Tablespoons warm water. Just let it sit for 15 minutes before you add it to the tuna mixture.)
  • 3 Tablespoons unrefined olive oil or ghee
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee

  • 5-6 asparagus spears, cooked
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 t of almonds or peanuts and a bit of fresh cilantro for garnish, optional
