Wild Salmon With Basil Aioli And Quinoa from Marla Meridith
  • 1 cup Black Quinoa, cook according to package directions
  • 16 ounces Wild Salmon, trim to 4 ounce portions (assume about 4 ounces per person)
  • Olive Oil
  • a few pinches Smoked Paprika
  • a few pinches Garlic Salt
  • a few pinches cracked Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray for the grill
  • 3 ounces light Mayonnaise or Homemade Mayo
  • 10 grams or 1/4 cup packed fresh Basil leaves
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • a few sprigs fresh basil leaves
