  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey*
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
