  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Spectrum Organic Shortening or vegan margarine
  • 1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk (or non-dairy milk)
