  • ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion (Halved lengthwise and sliced into half moons)

  • 1 Can 15-ounce can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Majoram, or 1 tsp dried
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley (Chopped)
  • 2 Cup Fish Stock or Bottle Clam Broth
  • ½ Pound Clams, Mussels and/or Shrimp (Shelled and deveined)
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Slice Rustic Bread (Sliced thick, toasted (optional))
