  • 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsps cornstarch
  • Salt
  • 6 Tbsps butter, diced
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsps sour cream
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham (1/4 -inch dice; I used about 1/2 lb)
  • 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
