Whole milk 1 cup
Heavy cream 2 cup
Gelatine 1.5 tea spoon
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract 2 drop
You can find all ingredients from your local supermarket.
Put 1 cup whole milk,2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in a source pan. Stir them slowly with low heat until the granulated sugar dissolves.
Put it to the other sauce pan and add 1.5 tea spoon gelatine. Mix them quickly.
Pour it to little glass cups. (You can use any other shape baking pans. ) Put them in the refrigerator over night.
Serve with 1 tea spoon strawberry preserves on top.
