1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ripe peaches, halved, pit removed
Good vanilla ice cream
Place butter and honey in small saucepan and melt on medium-low heat.
Add vanilla extract, stir well.
Let simmer until it thickens (about 5 minutes).
Turn heat to low.
Heat up grill to medium heat.
Brush a bit of the honey butter sauce on cut surfaces of the peach halves.
Grill peach halves cut side down until they have good grill marks and are a bit softer (3-5 minutes).
Place 2 peach halves in each bowl (serves 4).
Top peaches with vanilla ice cream and drizzle generously with warm honey butter sauce.
