Ingredients for 4 servings

grated parmesan cheese (optional)

5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cut into thick strips)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

8-10 slices bacon , cooked until crisp

SALAD

salt and black pepper

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

DRESSING

6 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 garlic cloves (can use more)

2-3 avocados

1 romaine lettuce (torn into pieces)

4-5 hard-boiled eggs , sliced

1 cup olive oil

1-2 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional or to taste)

1 medium cucumber , peeled and chopped (seeds removed)

2-3 large firm ripe tomatoes , chopped

4-5 ounces Roquefort cheese , crumbled (can use feta cheese also)
