4-1/2 tsp milk, warmed for 2 minutes in the microwave

1/2 cup white pepper, freshly ground

1/2 cup Asiago cheese, freshly grated

1/2 cup sharp yellow Cheddar cheese, freshly grated

1/2 tbsp Fontina cheese, freshly grated

2 cup red pesto

1/2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, freshly grated

1 tbsp olive oil
