  • oats - 3 cups, rolled (not quick cooking)
  • barley flour - 1/2 cup
  • almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (or non-hydrogenated butter substitue), cut into small pieces
  • agave nectar (Sohgave! Light) - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsps
  • nutmeg - pinch
  • sea salt - pinch
