1 red bell pepper , cut into cubes

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup ground roasted cashews

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits , with juice (should be unsweetened)

1 tablespoon curry powder (I used a mild one, add more curry powder for more heat)

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

2 garlic cloves , minced

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 green bell pepper , cut into cubes

1 tablespoon orange marmalade

1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon butter

2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes & chilies
