1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup peanut oil

1/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 lemon, thinly sliced
