5 medium onions, chopped

2 large stalks celery, chopped

1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, drained

1 can (6 ounces) mushrooms

2 tablespoons diced pimiento (optional)

2 tablespoons (or more) soy sauce


2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
