17.6oz (500 g) chicken breasts
6 medium potatoes
6 tablespoons low fat sour cream
1 small onion
12 allspice berries
1 teaspoon salt
Dice the chicken breasts and put them equally in three clay pots.
Thinly slice the potatoes and put in the clay pots as well, 2 potatoes in each pot.
Dice the onion and put equally in every pot.
Add 4 allspice berries and 1/3 teaspoon salt in every pot.
Add two tablespoons sour cream in every pot.
Mix carefully to coat the chicken breast an potatoes in sour cream.
Cover the pots and send to the preheated oven to cook at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.
