Varm Potato Salad With Shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings

8-10 potatoes

1 box shrimp

4 eggs

1/2 zucchini

1 paprika

5-10 mushrooms

arugula

4 tbsps mayonnaise

1 cup creme fraiche

1/2 lemon

thyme

oregano

salt

pepper

olive oil

Preparation

1.

Cut the potatoes in cubes and boil them

2.

Boil the eggs for about 10 min, then peel and slice them

3.

Slice the zucchini, paprika and mushrooms and fry them in olive oil

4.

Mix creme fraiche, mayonaisse, fresh chopped herbs and squised lemon. Season with salt and pepper

5.

Carefully mix the vegetables with the eggs, shrimp and sauce

6.

Drizzle fresh herbs on top

7.

Serve varm or cold
