Pork Wiener Schnitzel

4 (4 oz) Pork Cutlets

1/4 teaspoon onion salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Pinch Garlic Powder

1 cup fine bread crumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 egg white

1/8 cup Vegetable oil



Place each cutlet between plastic. With mallet pound thin (1/4"). season cutlets with 1/2 of the onion salt & pepper. Dust cutlets with flour. Set aside. Mix together bread crumbs & remaining season. Place in bowl. In another bowl whisk together egg white & milk. Dip cutlets into wet mixture then into bread crumbs to coat both sides. Place on plate 5 min. In large skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Once oil is hot add cutlets & fry till golden brown on each side. About 3 min. per side. Place on paper towel to remove any excess oil. Serve with lemon.
