  • 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes (and juice)
  • 1/2 can drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1/2 x chopped onion
  • 1/2 head chopped garlic
  • 3 x chopped celery spears
  • 1 x green pepper
  • 1 x red pepper
  • 1 cup frozen white corn kernels
  • 2 cup cooked frozen shrimp
