Ingredients for 2 servings

+ 250gr of SPAGHETTI NÂș 5.

+ 4 GARLIC.

+ 4 TOMATOES.

+ 25gr of FRESH BASIL.

+ AROMATIC OLIVE OIL (nuts & garlic)

+ 1 CHILI PEPPER

+ 75gr of DUCK HAM.

Preparation

1.

1. BOIL WATER.

2.

2. FRY THE SLICED GARLIC IN A SAUCE PAN, WITH OLIVE OIL. MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT, TILL GOLDEN BROWN.

3. TURN TO MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD THE TOMATOES AND SALT. MOVE SLOWLY DURING 5 MINUTES.

4. WHEN THE TOMATO SKIN SEPARATES, ADD THE FRESH BASIL AND THEN THE CHILI PEPPER AND THE DUCK HAM. TURN OFF THE HEAT AND ALLOW TO REST TILL THE SPAGHETTI ARE READY

5. BOIL THE PASTA WITH 2 SPOONS OF SALT FOR 8 MINUTES "AL DENTE".

6. DRAIN THE PASTA.

7. MIX IT UP AND ENJOY!
