Sliced pork: 2 pound
Corn starch: 2 table spoon
salt: 1 table spoon
White paper powder: 2 table spoon
Cooking wine: 2 big tea spoon
Broad bean Paste:2 big tea spoon
black soy bean: 1 big tea spoon
Slice the pork and marinate the pork with 2 big tea spoon+1 tea spoon salt+ 2 big tea spoon white paper powder+1 egg for 10 minutes.
Preheat a pan and add 1 big tea spoon vegetable oil.Stir fry the pork until the pork turn golden brown. Add sliced scallions (white parts) and keep cooking about 2 minutes.
Add 2 big tea spoon broad bean paste and stir fry about 3 minutes.
Add 1 big tea spoon black soy bean+2 big tea spoon cooking wine+1/2 cup water and keep cooking about 5 minutes.
Add sliced scallions (green parts) and keep cooking about 2 minutes.
