2 x green chilies, stems removed

1 small handful cilantro/coriander leaves

4 cloves garlic, peeled

1 x small red chili, or 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

1 tsp salt

2 x very ripe bananas, peeled

2/3 cup water

1 1/2 cup flour

2 tsp tamarind concentrate

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp ground turmeric
