a good handful of fresh coriander , roughly chopped

2.0 tbsp lemon juice

400.0g can tuna in brine, drained

12 cherry tomatoes , halved

½ tsp crushed dried chilli

2 x 410.0g cans chickpeas , drained and rinsed

150.0g tub low fat natural yogurt

1.0 tsp cumin seeds

1 plump garlic clove , crushed

4.0 tsp vegetable oil

2.0 tbsp plain flour
