Ingredients for 2 servings

2 slice bread

2 tbsp olive oil

pinch dried rosemary or fresh

8 cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp almonds

pinch dried thyme

pinch dried lemon zest or lemon juice

pinch sea salt

1 bay leaf

1 tsp chia seed

handful  organic pea sprouts or spinach

Preparation

1.

Toast bread with olive oil and rosemary herb

2.

Cut cherry tomatoes in halfs

3.

Wash and dry pea sprout

4.

Toast almonds

5.

Sprinkle chia seeds on top and season with crushed bay leaves, thyme and lemon sea salt

6.
