1 large bunch swiss chard – between 1-2 pounds, tough stems removed & coarsely chopped

juice of 2 large lemons

2 large cloves garlic, finely diced

1/2 pound good-quality green olives, rinsed, pitted & chopped

3/4 cup chopped fresh curly parsley

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 small pinch dried red pepper flakes

salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
