EASY PIZZA CRUST:

2/3 cup warm water (105º to 115ºF)

1 envelope (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)

2 cups whole wheat flour, preferably white whole wheat, divided

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons olive oil, preferably extra virgin

PIZZA:

5 ounces low-fat soft goat cheese

1 large clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried ground black pepper

1 cup (10 ounces) roasted sweet red bell pepper strips

slivered fresh basil leaves, for garnish
