  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 3 Tbs. sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 cups homemade or low-salt chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Pinch cayenne, or to taste
  • 2-1/2 cups 1/2-inch pieces cooked chicken (from about 4 small breast halves)
  • 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
  • 8  crêpes
