I substituted 1/2 of the flour for whole wheat flour. Otherwise, I followed whole recipe. Muffins looked delectable, but had a Blane taste & foul aftertaste. :(

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 x eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 stick butter

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
