1 1/2 cups peeled, diced English cucumber

2 tablespoons minced chives

16 butter lettuce cups, from about two small heads (large leaves can be cut in half)

1/2 large avocado, small diced

1/2 cup toasted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Snipped chives, for garnish
