Canola oil for grilling

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1/2 cup chinablue Shanghai Peanut Dipping Sauce

2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar

1/2 lb. mixed greens

1 bunch green onions, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces

1 daikon radish, peeled and julienned

2 carrots, peeled and julienned

1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
