5/6 artichokes marinated in oil

Red lentils 100gr (I found that when you boil Red lentils they become mashy, but If you steam them instead for 10/15 minutes, they remain more compact)

pumpkin seeds

Mixed leaves 80 gr

Dressing: Salt and pepper, Balsamic Vinegar, Extra virgin olive oil
