1 cup low-sodium tomato sauce

1 (15 ounce) can yellow hominy

1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans or black beans

2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

1 1/4 lbs extra lean ground turkey

2 garlic cloves , minced

4 1/2 ounces green chilies or 1 chopped anaheim chili

1 medium onion , diced (3 oz)

1 lb butternut squash , peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt
