1/2 cup quality breadcrumbs, such as Panko (look in the Asian foods section)

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil + more to drizzle

6 anchovy fillets

4 cloves garlic, minced

Pinch red pepper flakes

8 ounces braising green mix, leaves coarsely chopped

2 cups pasta cooking water

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Squeeze of lemon
