Paleo Banana Pancakes

Ingredients for 1 serving

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup unsweetened stredded coconut

eggs

1 banana sliced at the size of your choosing

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp raw honey

Preparation

1.

In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and coconut flour first then slowly add eggs, honey and (optional) banana. Mix with spoon

2.

Then once all combined, heat coconut oil in pan and cook batter as you would with normal pancakes

3.

Make sure the heat isn't set too high to ensure they cook evenly and don't burn
