1-1/3 cups (325 mL) grated Canadian Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh parsley

1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper

3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil

6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

2 green onions, thinly sliced
