Lime (Segmented)

Balsamic Vinegar

Rapeseed Oil



Salad: Half Tomatoes, quarter strawberrys and segment limes, pick mint leaves. add lime juice, balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil and season, toss together.


Halloumi : add a little oil, salt and pepper, then lay down in a dry, screaming hot pan, leave to brown on both sides then place in oven for 4 minutes.


Serve onto a wooden board and lay halloumi on top
