1 lb shrimp
1/4 cup white wine
3 sprigs rosemary
2 stalks green onions
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp curry
1/2 cup diced sweet peppers (yellow and red)
Heat up skillet and drizzle olive oil. Once skillet is hot, place shrimp and garlic in in and cook until shrimp are plump and pink
In saucepan, heat up butter, olive oil, curry, rosemary, peppers, and thyme. Stir often.
Once shrimp are ready, drizzle butter sauce over shrimp
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and diced green onions.
