1 large bay leaf , crushed

5 whole allspice berries

3 cups vegetable stock

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 can pinto beans , drained

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 lb tofu , frozen,thawed,& crumbled

4 cloves garlic , minced

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper , to taste

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cocoa
