1 cup Lo-fat Mayonnaise

2/3 cup Buttermilk

1/3 cup sugar

4 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp celery seeds

2 16 oz. packages cole slaw mix

1 bunch Scallions, chopped, using white and green parts

1/8 oz can tomato sauce

1/6 oz can tomato paste

2 heaping Tablespoon brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

4 tsp cider vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp minced garlic

4 tbsp minced onion

1 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp cayenne

fresh ground pepper

4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 x yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 x Vidalia onion cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)

1 tbsp homemade BBQ sauce

6 x light multigrain English Muffins

24 x Bread & Butter pickle “chips”
