1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Lawry's Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Onion chopped
8 Mission Flour Tortillas
1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
6 slice Kraft Singles White American
1 pkg Kraft Mexican Cheese
Daisy Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Brown beef with taco seasoning following the directions on the packet.
Mix onion with beef until the onion is also coated with the taco seasoning.
Divide the beef mixture and some shredded cheese among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place seam-side down into a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the filled tortillas.
Line up the 8 slices of cheese on top of the tortillas, then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbling.
Top with sour cream before serving.
