Ingredients for 4 servings

3 Lemongrass

5 Cloves Chopped Garlic

2 Thumbs Fresh Ginger

4 Red Chilli

2 Limes (Juice and Zest)

Soy Sauce (to taste)

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tin cocunut milk

1 ltr chicken stock

2 Red pepper

coriander

1 bunch spring onions

egg noodles

Preparation

1.

fry chilli, garlic, ginger ang lemongrass add fish sauce then stock reduce for hour or untill half, add cocunut milk, soy reduce again for 30 minutes then add noodles finish with spring onion, red papper, coriander and soy to taste
