9 Ingredients

  • 8 oz tempeh
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (I prefer shoyu sauce)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 x cloves garlic, peeled, crushed and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp powdered chipotle (or a couple pinches of cayenne)
  • 1 -2 x portobello mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional)
  • 0 handful blanched green beans (optional)
