Ingredients for 4 servings

8 oz tempeh

3 tbsp soy sauce (I prefer shoyu sauce)

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp rice vinegar

2 x cloves garlic, peeled, crushed and chopped

1/2 tsp powdered chipotle (or a couple pinches of cayenne)

1 -2 x portobello mushrooms (optional)

2 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional)

0 handful blanched green beans (optional)
