Ingredients for 8 servings

1/2 lb ground beef

2-3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

12 ounces spaghetti (cooked to al dente)

1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 green bell pepper , seeded and chopped

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 large onion , chopped

1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

2 teaspoons dried chili pepper flakes (or to taste)

salt and black pepper

3 cups grated mozzarella cheese , divided (can use more or less)

2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/3 cup milk or water

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 lb ground pork

2-3 teaspoons dried oregano

1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 cup sliced green olive (optional, can use a bit more)

1-2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

2 eggs , slightly beaten
