1 1/2 teaspoons vodka (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon butter, cut into chunks

2 teaspoons cold water

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Yolk from 1 large egg

Salt to taste
