3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

3 tablespoons vegetable oil, eyeball it

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

6 gingersnaps, finely crumbled

1/3 cup cider vinegar, eyeball it
