  • 1 cup AP flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 x eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp orange zest, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
