  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, about 1 1/2 inches long
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
